About Asarci

Asarci is contributing to building the eastern corridor. We began by opening up secure, honestly-titled land in Ningo Prampram — an area we backed early, before the rest of the market caught on. We’ve since grown into a property development group that does far more than sell plots: we put in the roads, the walls, the drainage and the power that turn land into somewhere worth living. For Ghanaians at home and across the diaspora, we’re shaping the stretch beyond Ningo Prampram into one of the most deliberately planned growth areas in the country.

That’s what we mean by development — not just marking out land, but building the community that goes on it.

Where we are today

More than 400 landowners from 30 nations have bought into what we’re building. Over the years our work has changed shape — we’re no longer only a land distributor, we’re a developer, delivering the infrastructure and homes that make ownership real. Through our group we can now take you the whole way: acquire the land, design the home, build it.

Our flagship is a planned mini-city spanning 1,300 acres in Ningo Prampram, and the progress there is visible, not promised. Perimeter fence walls. Gravelled roads.
