Kwabena Osei-Amoaten

(Founder & Group CEO)

Kwabena (also known as “Francis”) is the visionary Founder of Asarci, where he oversees land acquisition, due diligence, growth, and strategy. A proud member of the Ekuona clan, he hails from a long line of “housebuilders” within the Akan people—regarding Asarci as part of his Nkrabea (Destiny).

After earning a Master’s in Pharmacy from University College London, Kwabena practiced for many years before spending a decade as a C-level executive in the regulated online sports betting and casino industry. He has also invested in property and business ventures in London, in addition to owning and operating telecommunications call centers.

With over 20 years of personal investment experience in Ghanaian land, Kwabena possesses extensive expertise in land matters. A passionate and proud African who has traveled the globe, he views Asarci—and the responsibilities that come with it—as both a calling and an obligation.

For Kwabena, this is far more than just a job.

Richie Amoada

(Co-Founder and Head of Construction)

Richie is widely recognized by peers and family as one of the sharpest minds around. Serving as our most senior colleague in Ghana and second-in-command at the company, he embodies relentless honesty, dedication, and hard work. Born in Bolga and educated in Kumasi before studying Building and Construction at Accra Polytechnic, Richie has gained extensive experience on government road projects and private residential builds.

A disciplined leader with an unwavering passion for technical detail, Richie’s reputation as a “master builder” is well earned. He guides a dedicated team at Asarci, ensuring top-quality work that often finishes ahead of schedule. Energized by the challenge of every new project, Richie is driven by pride in his craft—proving that getting the job done exceptionally well is his highest priority. A true patriot at heart, he strives to leave a lasting, positive impact on every project he touches.

Nengi Derego-Somiari

(Client Accounts and Documentation Manager)

Nengi, originally from Port Harcourt, Nigeria, has now lived in Accra for over five years. A first-class honors Civil Engineer from AIT, she is passionate about interior design and construction technologies. With a disciplined and driven personality, Nengi currently leads client liaison and sales in Ghana, in addition to managing key relationships with courts, lands, and other public bodies on behalf of Asarci. You’ll no doubt be speaking with her often throughout your journey with us.

And for better or worse (depending on your team!), she remains a dedicated Manchester United fan.

Joel Dianaabasi Akpan

(Head of Global Marketing and Brand)

Joel joined Asarci in June 2020, initially serving as the first point of contact on social media. A proud African from Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, now based in Accra, Joel’s abilities are wide-ranging—but his greatest passion lies in the arts, as he is an exceptionally talented musician.

In his current role as Head of Group Marketing and Brand for both Asarci and EfieDan, Joel shapes and implements branding and marketing strategies, oversees content planning, ensures cohesive branding across platforms, and drives sales through strategic initiatives. He also maintains a strong digital presence, aligns all marketing efforts with the group’s goals, and supports the CEO’s personal branding.

Joel’s deep understanding of Asarci’s mission and the hope it brings fuels his creativity and dedication, making him a vital force behind the company’s continued growth and success.

Matthew Addo ( Paa T)

(Head of Sustainable Land and Agriculture)

Paa T—known for his deep knowledge of plant life and creative approach to landscaping—oversees the estate’s tree maintenance, small-scale farming projects, and water management as Asarci’s Head of Sustainable Land and Agricultural Management. Highly organized and intelligent, he is responsible for planting and sustaining the hundreds of trees across our communities, carefully deciding what goes where and why.

In this senior management role, Paa T leads a team of six staff to maintain and enhance the estate’s environment while establishing a tree nursery and resolving challenges like clay soil issues and cattle intrusion. He also manages critical landscaping projects, develops sustainable agricultural practices, and fosters collaboration among internal teams—all to ensure thriving, self-sustaining plant life that reflects Asarci’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Stanley Dodoo

(Finance Manager)

Stanley Doodoo is a seasoned Ghanaian finance professional with a strong foundation in business strategy, accounting, and financial management. Born and raised in Accra, Ghana, Stanley’s early interest in numbers and systems led him to pursue formal education in the field of finance. He earned a Diploma in Business Administration, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, and later a Master’s Degree in Finance—all from respected institutions in Ghana. This academic grounding has equipped him with the analytical and managerial expertise to navigate the complexities of modern financial operations.

Currently serving as the Finance Manager at Asarci, one of Ghana’s leading real estate and community development companies, Stanley has played a pivotal role in establishing a strong and transparent financial framework for the business. His leadership has been key in streamlining internal processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and introducing efficient financial controls that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Under his supervision, Asarci’s finance department has achieved improved accuracy in reporting, better cash flow management, and greater accountability across multiple departments. Stanley’s ability to merge strategic foresight with practical execution has ensured that Asarci continues to deliver value to its clients while maintaining operational sustainability.

Ayo Olamilekan

(Head of Social Media)

 

Ayo is a skilled social media strategist and digital brand builder with a passion for storytelling that drives connection and community. As the Head of Social Media at Asarci, he oversees the company’s entire digital presence, shaping the voice, tone, and visual identity that define how Asarci communicates with its global audience.

Originally from Nigeria, Ayo brings a strong blend of creativity, strategy, and data-driven insight to his work. He has an intuitive understanding of how culture and emotion influence engagement online, and he uses this to craft campaigns that not only capture attention but also inspire action.

Since joining Asarci, Ayo has played a key role in elevating the brand’s visibility across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. His innovative approach to storytelling has helped humanise the brand, deepen community relationships, and attract thousands of new followers interested in Asarci’s mission of empowering the African Diaspora through ethical land and community development.

With a commitment to excellence and a forward-thinking mindset, Ayo continues to pioneer new ways for Asarci to tell its story—building trust, authenticity, and connection one post at a time.

Seth Nanevi

Seth is a dedicated and dependable member of the Asarci team, supporting daily operations and on-ground activities across our communities. Known for his hands-on approach and reliability, he ensures that site tasks run smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating logistics to assisting with client visits and fieldwork, Seth plays a vital role in keeping operations organised and responsive. His commitment and teamwork contribute to the steady progress of Asarci’s on-site initiatives.

Kwame Boateng

 

Jacob Kwame Boateng is a seasoned Surveyor, Geospatial Engineer, and Project Manager with expertise in land surveying, geospatial data analysis, and construction project management. His academic credentials include an MSc in Geoinformation Science (University of Ghana), an MBA in Project Management (GIMPA), and a BSc in Geodetic Engineering (KNUST).
