Yes. We provide flexible payment options to make owning land achievable. You can choose from different deposit levels and spread the balance across monthly instalments that work for your budget.
Do you support clients abroad
Absolutely. The majority of our clients live outside Ghana. We arrange virtual tours, secure online payments, and a guided process tailored for the Diaspora. You can complete your purchase confidently from wherever you are in the world.
What documents do I receive
You will receive all the necessary legal documents for your plot, including a site plan and indenture. We ensure everything is prepared correctly and handed over to you as part of our transparent process.
